Bug Fixes:
Ice Skates no longer randomly target an enemy, and Instead apply bleed to all enemies.

QoL:
Skills that gave guaranteed crits now give the Bullseye status effect. The Bullseye status effect is represented with a target icon, and makes the next attack crit. The effect will not decay after end of turn, meaning you can now save these crits for later.

Please note I had to update the game to work with the new version of Gamemaker, so I apologize in advance if there are some bugs that occur due to this change. I'll be closely watching for any reports.
